How Do You Ship Packages?
At present our warehouses are in the United Kingdom, France, China, United States, Singapor and Japan. Packages from our warehouse in Singapor, France, China and Japan will be shipped by special Lines depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS and from our UK warehouse are Royal Mail, Hermes, DHL, Fedex, Parcel Force and Yodel.
Do You Offer Worldwide Shipping?
Yes and we do provide free shipping to most of the countries we supply our products to. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those area we will contact you, or you can always inquire before placing your order. In most cases we try to filter out this few countries in other to promote accurate logistics system and smooth running of our services.
Customs In Your Country
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?
Our order Processing time is between 2-5 working days depending on the order. If you change your mind you are legible to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing order, after we have started processing your order you will not be legible to cancel. Order processing times and shipping times counts differently.

Do You Provide Tracking Number?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
I Cant Find My Information When Tracked
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Are You Able To Send All Parcels In One Package?
We most times do not have control over this, so for logistical reasons, items in the same purchase might sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
